Full Story
GetVocal just raised USD 26 million in Series A funding.
The round was led by Creandum. Elaia and Speedinvest also invested. This brings the company’s total funding to USD 30 million.
The money will go toward building out hybrid workforce tools. It will also help hire more people and push commercial growth across Europe.
Roy Moussa, GetVocal’s CEO and co-founder, said most AI agents don’t work well in real use. But their customers get ones built to succeed. He added the team wants to build trust in AI agents again and give enterprises a solid way to use them in customer support.
Hanel Baveja, a partner at Creandum, said hidden AI hurts accountability and old contact center tools keep things too rigid. GetVocal lets companies automate while keeping control to scale safely. Baveja is joining the board.
GetVocal makes a platform for hybrid human-AI agents in customer experience. The agents stick to clear rules and hand off to humans when things get complex. The company serves enterprises and operates across Europe with headquarters in Paris.
